When You Desperate...

I found this photo in my folder.
It was when my block did not have water supply.
Yeah, we desperate and turned to be obsess about water.

This afternoon, there was an announcement from the office.
They will put CCTV around our blocks, girls blocks.
I do hope they will not put those CCTV in the building.
I don't know the reason, but if it's disturb our privacy,
no doubt, will lodge a report.

Oh ya, we talking about pail just now.
